A Complete Renovation
Working closely with our in-house surveying company and trusted contractor we collectively managed to cover this house back to its original purpose, with the intention of creating a luxury, high-end home we applied for planning permission to help expand and extend, including a three metre extension. Then, stripping the house of its old fittings we designed and fitted a luxury kitchen featuring rustic, wooden floors, an elegant skylight alongside stunning fixtures that helped position the property firmly in the luxury sector. We also redesigned the bedrooms and bathrooms with matching sumptuous grey carpet and classing grey tiling respectively, adorned with the very best in quality fittings. This exhaustive makeover saw our client enjoy the rent increase dramatically: from £1500 for two flats to £4000 for one home.
