From the very first minutes, we saw the HML manager as highly professional and well-organized. She provided recommendations for the property and did viewing in a concise term. We recently had a leak from the upstairs flat which thankfully has now been resolved, and then had an issue with our toilet too. Again this was resolved quickly. Leah-Rose Burke could not have been more helpful if she tried. Not only did she sort the problem out quickly, but she also kept us informed of what was going on throughout the process, even giving us a courtesy call back to check all was well. Amazing service. Tom, the plumber, was amazing in fixing the toilet reasonably quickly, and even came back the next day as we had a leak from the cistern. David Tondell is also fantastic, coming round to assess the damage caused by the initial leak. I have always found him to be a kind and understanding person and is aways a pleasure dealing with him.
