With our own in-house team of insurers, we are able to ensure all of our clients benefit from the most cost-effective policy and one that truly protects them. We will firstly work to gain a clear and thorough understanding of your unique needs and requirements, as well as including a history of the property. This ensures you are protected not only from any major problems, but also potential situations that are historically problematic in your building. We then help you choose the right policy before liaising directly with the brokers, reviewing all contracts and updating you when your renewal date is upcoming. Ensuring we have time to work together and, once again, guarantee the right choice for you.

At HML Lettings, we manage an extensive portfolio of properties which includes trusts, inherited properties, and personal investments to name a few. Our bespoke service can be built around personal preferences: from landlords who simply want to make sure rent enters their account every month, to those who want regular updates, support and advice. During this process, we make sure each property is maintained to the highest possible standard, as well as advising on any relevant industry or contextual challenges. At HML Lettings, we offer garages to rent on a monthly basis. Available for a minimum of six months let, rental continues on a monthly basis with one month’s notice needed to vacate.
