Prequalifying
Identifying your requirements from the very beginning will help us ensure we find the right tenant for you. We will search through our database to find tenants that are reliable, trustworthy and seeking a tenancy length which compliments both parties.

Referencing
We conduct a thorough check to ensure that each tenant has a steady income and can afford the rent, as well as their past rent history.

Deposit
To secure the property, and in line with the latest governmental legislation, we take a one-week holding deposit, which goes towards your initial account, including your first month’s rent and security deposit.

Final Checks
Before any new tenant moves in, we always do a check around the property, making sure fire alarms work, keys function properly and that new tenants understand where everything is situated.
