At HML Lettings, we are extremely proud to work with three outstanding charities, within the Richmond borough, who possess a wealth of assets. Between them, we manage over 250 houses, with part of the service including maintenance and tenant sourcing.
Our local lettings office in Richmond, is designed to specifically serve these charities, ensuring they receive a high level of service. With properties dating all the way back to the Elizabethan era, we take great pride in working with these charities and helping to preserve the area.

With each charity, we calculate a fee which is fair and appropriate. Due to the sensitive nature of our relationships with charities we are unable to share this.
Each charity has a relationship with its own insurance agent and arranges this privately.
With our in-house surveying team located in our Richmond office, we are able to quickly and effectively adapt to any situation. Often, with these properties, once a tenant leaves we look to major renovations to either inject more money into the charity or provide something more suitable for those in need. Naturally, all of this is done in close tangent with the surveying department who will first carry out a feasibility study – offering the charity straightforward and clear advice.
We manage approximately 300 houses between three charities, within Richmond, of which 85 are charitable rents, 160 market rents and 37 regulated rents. Part of the management service includes maintenance and tenant sourcing. With rent varying between the reduced price of £500-£600 to the market rate of £2000,00 a month, we also ensure that those individuals who need it have access to reduced housing rates, whilst those who are able to pay market rates are encouraged to do so.
