Removing risk, we only reach out to trusted and accredited brokers once we have a full understanding of your property. Making sure we understand any traditional issues as well as challenges faced by buildings in the area, we then work with brokers to make sure we can protect you from any potential damages.
Once we receive a quote, we then review the terms and conditions, so that your property has the right cover it needs. We also make a note each year of your renewal date, which prevents you from getting trapped in an automatic renewal and instead means that we can negotiate on your behalf.
Our sister company Shaw & Co offer a surveying service that matches our level of professionalism and expertise. We handpick surveyors who match our core values and company ethos. This has seen us create a team of experienced surveyors who are not only meticulous and precise in their findings but are also able to explain the results in lamens terms.
