Rent Collection

Offering a secure and bespoke rent collection service, we can collect rent monthly, quarterly or every six months in advance if the tenant is unable to pass reference checks. We can then transfer the money to the landlord either monthly, or at their specified request. We make sure that amounts invoiced and received are precise and accurate. Alongside this, we also chase tenants who are late on payment and can help advise with any appropriate action.
