Tenant Reference Checks
We understand how important it is to have responsible and reliable tenants, so we aim to ensure all tenants we place in properties have favourable references. In addition, we cross-check all data, using third-party companies who confirm all of the information provided by the tenant is truthful. It is important to us that tenants have a previous history as a reliable tenant, alongside stable jobs that they are not at risk of losing. This includes bank statements and payslip checks.
We also undertake a ‘right to rent’ check. This is a legal obligation and makes sure that the tenant has a right to live in the UK.
